Dear Valued clients,

To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, customers who have 3 or more no-shows will no longer be able to use our online booking system.

Future appointments must be made in person at the shop, and a deposit will be required to secure your booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not charge any fee for cancellations made in advance, and this allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may need it.
