Of course the glow matters. The soft skin, the flush in your cheeks, the way the light catches your face on the walk home.
But what I love most happens underneath that.
It's the exhale you didn't know you were holding. The jaw that finally unclenches. The shoulders that drop an inch you didn't realise they'd been carrying.
We live in a world that rewards busy. That asks us to keep moving, keep responding, keep doing. So when you lie down in that chair and let yourself be still for an hour, that's not indulgence. That's resistance.
My hope for every treatment is simple - that you leave a little more you than when you arrived. Softer. Slower. More at home in your body.
Because how you feel matters just as much as how you look. Maybe more.

A light mist of Firewall before the heat - argan-infused, vegan, protecting up to 218°C while it works. It's one of the small non-negotiables in how I work. Softer strands, easier styling, hair that still feels like itself after.
I choose products that do right by the hair and the hands that use them. No nasties & a non-negotiable for my practice.
