Curled Up & Dyed is owned & managed by Christine Simmonds, I've had the salon for the past 20 years experience, I’m qualified in all aspects of hairdressing. I'm very confident in cutting & colouring, and I listen to what you like best and least about your hair. I will always say to you, “That you need to be able to get up tomorrow morning, and have the time and patience to do this to your hair. If you don't then I'm not going to give you some outrageous high maintenance style you can't handle! But if you can… then let's do it and I will show you all the tricks of the trade to maintain you new look...

My wonderful staff Bree Molloy, She’s grown up in Somerville and knows a lot of the locals and I swear she gives the best head massages I’ve ever had!! Seriously she’s amazing in all aspects of hairdressing. We also stock the muk range of waxes & pastes for all your trendy funky styles guaranteed you will love and so easy to use that easily wash out the hair, leaving no build up! Thank you to each and everyone of you who has helped make this happen ♻️🌿💇‍♀️💇

Since 2018 we have donated 172kg of hair that has made 143 hair booms to soak up oil spills in rivers and bays.
We’ve donated 1144kg of paper which has saved 19 trees.
We have donated 827kg of metal in exchange of 663 meals for the homeless.
Every time you come into our salon for a service every little bit gets donated recycled ♻️
