Keep the hoop spinning for as long as you can!
🏆 Categories:
• Kids: Ages 1–18
• Adults: 18+

🥇 Winners:
The longest spin in each category takes the prize!

Hula hooping isn’t just fun—it’s fantastic for your body and aligns perfectly with your chiropractic care:

✔️ Enhances coordination and balance
✔️ Encourages spinal mobility and flexibility
✔️ Supports posture and body awareness
✔️ Gets you moving in a playful, low-impact way

It’s a simple way to keep your spine happy and your body moving between adjustments!

📋 Terms & Conditions:
• One official timed attempt per participant (practice attempts allowed before timing)
• Timing starts when the hoop begins spinning and ends when it drops or stops
• Participants must remain in one spot (no walking the hoop around)
• Kids must fall within the 1–18 age category at time of entry
• Adults are 18+
• Winners are determined by the longest continuous spin in each category
• In the event of a tie, a playoff round will be held
• Competition runs from 1 Apil to 30 April 2026
• Winners will be announced on Friday 1 May 2026
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

2. Each player gets 5 shots on each visit.
3. The winner is the player with the highest shooting percentage
(hits ÷ shots).
4. The prize is one mini basketball combo with hoop and ball.
