Hair by Jen

Hi my name is Jen, I've been a hairdresser for 22 years I started my apprenticeship in a salon in Burke st Melbourne... it was a funky Hi class salon where we did lots of competitions and Melbourne spring fashion week. After a few years I moved onto a salon in portsea where my main focus was wedding styles, portsea was rated one of the top 10 places in Australia to get married so we were doing about 80-90 weddings in the space of 3 months so that would keep me busy on weekends and during the week I would be busy with everyday hairdressing and training apprentices... (was probably my best job to date..) Then I moved to Gove N.T where we started a little family so I was doing hair in the salon up there part time till I opened at home to work around my kids and husband (for about 7 years) then we left Gove moved to Newman WA and also did home hairdressing for 6 years
And now we are in Hedland WA.. I work/ manage a salon in port Hedland were I do all aspects of hair, training, and still try to have some family time
