The Beauty Nook

Well… this is a post I never thought I’d be writing…

After many wonderful years, The Beauty Nook will be closing its doors in Melbourne as we pack up and relocate to the Gold Coast following an incredible new job opportunity for my partner.

My last day in Melbourne will be Saturday 1st November

I’m honestly tearing up writing this because you guys just mean so much to me.

The Beauty Nook has been such a huge part of my life. What started as a little business became a place filled with familiar faces, endless conversations, so many laughs, life updates, celebrations, tears and everything in between.

One of the most special parts of this job has been watching my client’s lives unfold over the years.

I’ve watched you get engaged, get married, become mums, start new jobs, receive promotions, reach personal goals, navigate difficult seasons and begin completely new chapters.

And somehow, you trusted me to be a tiny part of all of those moments 🥺

I’ve watched your lives change, while you’ve watched mine change too. I’ve grown so much alongside this business and looking back I feel incredibly lucky that I got to build something that became so much more than just a job.

So thank you.

Thank you for every appointment, every recommendation, every review, every message, every laugh, every chat and every bit of support you’ve given me over the years.

But most of all, thank you for letting me be a small part of your lives.

You have genuinely meant so much more to me than I could ever put into one instagram post and I will always look back on The Beauty Nook in Melbourne with an enormous amount of love and gratitude.

Saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet. I’m going to miss your familiar faces, our chats, your life updates and all the little moments that have made this business so special.

But I’m also incredibly excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to new beginnings, a new home, a new adventure and hopefully a whole lot of sunshine!
