Guys. Please bear with me for the next few days. I have extended my hours and have worked back to back for 3 days straight. I am trying my hardest to reply to you all but I’m close to burn out. I will be taking the weekend and Monday off. So I promise I will catch up on anything missed then.

Facebook is a needy little gremlin.

If you scroll past our posts without doing anything, Facebook assumes they’re about as exciting as watching paint dry and shows them to about three people. One of them is probably my mum. 😂

A like tells Facebook, “People don’t hate this.”

A comment tells Facebook, “People are actually interested.”

A share is the holy grail. Facebook goes, “Well, this must be good,” and starts showing it to more people.

So if you ever see one of our posts and think, “That’s cool,” give it a like, drop an emoji, write “love these brows,” or tag your bestie. It takes two seconds, costs absolutely nothing, and it genuinely helps us more than you know.

Small businesses don’t have million-dollar marketing budgets. We have legends like you.

Now do us a favour and give this post some love so Facebook stops acting like we’re invisible. 😂

Hey ladies. We have always had this but we are moving toward you guys trying to use the self serve before asking us. We are so booked out right now that it’s hard to find the time to get around to other messages when we need to reschedule so many of you. It’s not by any means a problem. Life happens. But to make life a little easier for all of us the self serve is so handy.
So NEVER delete your confirmation email until after your appointment. Or if you need it resent just ask.
We get about 10 reschedule requests a week. Again it’s not a problem. It’s just getting tricky to keep up x
