Well… it’s finally time to share some big news!

After 16 incredible years as a hairdresser and 11 years of owning Hair by Kelly Michelle, it’s time for a new adventure.

I’ll soon be beginning my career with the Royal Australian Air Force, and while I’m incredibly excited, it’s definitely bittersweet saying goodbye to a career I’ve loved for so many years. Joining the Air Force has been a dream I’ve been working towards for a long time, and I feel incredibly lucky to finally be taking this next step.

To every client who’s welcomed me into their home, trusted me with their hair, recommended me to family and friends, and supported my business over the years, thank you! So many of you have become friends, and I’ll always be grateful for the memories we’ve shared.

Make sure you book in your salon appointment as my last day in the salon will be Friday 31st July.

I will, however, be offering mobile appointments throughout August, so there’s still time to book in before I leave. ✂️
