🥄 Lemon PHGG Parfait
• 1 sachet lemon lite jelly
• 1–2 tsp Necessity PHGG (depending on serving size)
• 125ml hot water
• 125g vanilla or plain yoghurt
Method:
Dissolve the lemon jelly in 125ml hot water. Stir through PHGG until fully combined. Fold in yoghurt, then pour into a glass or jar. Pop it in the fridge and let it set for a few hours until thick, chilled and creamy.
