October Update! ✨️

With the new changes in regards to eftpos surcharging Red Dahlia will no longer pass on any fee's to the clients. Thankfully Commonwealth Bank are lowering their fees to help businesses however I will be changing my preferences to Bank Transfers to avoid all fees but eftpos will still be available for credit card holders and afterpay.

Salon Upgrade ✅️✨️

For those of you following along, I desperately wanted to upgrade my chairs and mirrors as well as get some anti fatigue floor mats to help save my ever aging hairdressing body. With the rising costs of everything this was a goal I was struggling to reach but with extra salary sacrifices throughout the last year, I finally saved up enough for this day to happen! I am so inlove with my new chairs, they are insanely comfortable and spacious and not to forget just gorgeous to look at!

I can't wait for you to all experience this new luxury and enjoy it as much as I do 🥹♥️

New Hours Incoming! ✨️

With my darling daughter well on her way to growing up she will be going an extra day to daycare in the new year, allowing me to take on an extra day of work woohoo! Wednesdays will now be added aa a fortnightly option as your girl definitely needs some admin days without little legs running laps around me 🤣

To secure future bookings for the new year please reach out to me to manually book these in. Online bookings won't be active for Wednesdays until the start of the new trading hours.

**Unfortunately nights and Saturdays will remain closed**

Happy 5 Years in Business Red Dahlia Hair Designs! 🎈🎂✨️

I'd been thinking long and hard about how I wanted to celebrate this milestone moment and honestly, time evaded me till now! I cannot believe its been 5 years since I braved the big world of business and went out on my own. The many tears, cheers and laughs have all been worth it and the levels of ongoing support I have recieved throughout this journey from everyone who's been a part of it past, present and future, I am eternally grateful. I love and adore you all so much and cannot thank you for letting me live out my dream.

Cheers to the next 5 years and hopefully I'll actively plan something to celebrate a decade in business! 🙈😅

I have some appointments left for this week (crazy rare, I know!) Thursday at 12:15pm and Friday at 12pm. These are both suitable for colour jobs and Friday is open to large bookings as well. To book send me a message ♡

I also wanted to quickly add, if you have not secured your bookings for the remainder of this year, be prepared to miss out. My december bookings are almost all booked up! I will be taking 2 weeks off over Christmas as well which will fill my January time slots up even faster.

✨️We're back baby!✨️

Tomorrow is the begining of a new week and I'll be back in the salon creating hair magic. I am still dealing with swelling and pain so forgive me if things take a little longer (aka walking to the basin and back 😅). My first physio appointment in on Wednesday so here's hoping we can strengthen everything back up and ease some of my pain as time goes on.

I look forward to seeing you all again and getting back into what I love doing!

Firstly, thank you for your continued support, loyalty, and trust in me. Being able to do what I love every day is something I never take for granted, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

As many of you know, the cost of products, supplies, and general business expenses continues to rise. To ensure I can continue providing the high-quality services, products, and experience you know and love, there will be a small price adjustment to selected services effective from 1st July 2026.

This is my first price adjustment in 12 months, and I have worked hard to keep any increases as minimal as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. I am so grateful to have such an amazing community of clients, and I look forward to continuing to create beautiful hair for you all. ❤️
