Hi! I’m Amanda 👋

If we haven’t met yet, I’m so glad you’re here!

I am the owner/stylist behind Indigo Hair Design, a little salon just off the Main Street here in Stanthorpe. I’ve been doing hair for just shy of 26 years - 17 of those right here in this salon - and I still love every single appointment.

I specialise in cuts, colours/foiling work and hair treatments, but what I’m really known for is taking the time to listen. Every client gets the real me - present, honest and genuinely invested in your hair. We figure out what works for your hair and your life, and we get there together.

Sitting in my chair feels like visiting a friend… one who’ll be real with you, look after you, and send you home knowing exactly how to keep your hair looking great .

Outside the salon I’m a proud mum, a keen cook and avid reader… and currently the owner of 11 chickens ( though one went awol over the weekend but we don’t talk about that 🫣).

This place is my heart and I’d be absolutely thrilled to be your forever hairdresser 💇🏻‍♀️✨.
