A little update from my massage business :

I wanted to let you know that my business is now required to register for GST. As a result, from 1st October 2026 there will be a 10% increase on all massage treatments.

I know that any price increase can be difficult, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. This change is necessary to cover the GST component and keep my business running sustainably while continuing to provide you with the quality care and service you’ve come to expect.

How Saunas Affect the Heart:♥️
Heat raises skin temperature and increases your heart rate to 100–150 beats per minute, similar to a brisk walk or light jog.

Better Circulation: Blood vessels dilate (open up), which decreases arterial stiffness and improves overall blood flow.

Lower Mortality Risk: Observational studies, such as long-term Finnish cohort research, link frequent sauna use (4 to 7 times per week) to a lower risk of fatal heart disease and stroke.

Who Should Avoid Saunas: Skip the sauna if you have unstable angina, a recent heart attack, severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe low blood pressure prone to fainting.

New business hours from next week. Thats right, Saturday’s are back for both massage and sauna!

There are different treatments to choose from at Streaky Bay Remedial. We offer relaxation, hot stones, manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy and remedial massage. All appointments are either 60 or 90 minutes in duration and private health rebates can be claimed.
