Self care is paramount.
People wanted to see more about my headspace and realness so here you go 😘
Over the years I haven’t done that for myself, I used to work close to 70hrs back to back 6 days a week, self medicate to wind down.
Now I choose myself, things that recharge me, things that make not only my soul feel good but my body and mind.
I no longer choose to burn myself out, I no longer chose others over me.
Why?
Life is short, people always choose themselves so I finally decided to choose me.
Don’t forget, you’re worth it.
The wildest thing ever, is when you stop being the people pleaser… you loose a lot, but you honestly gain the most, and they are the ones that loose the richest thing in life. You ❤️
