Week 1 Health Reset- COMPLETE
Regular walks out in the Autumn weather. Daily journaling and meditation and listening to my current audiobook from the Bridgeton series. I tried a new bliss ball recipe: passion fruit and they were so yummy. On the hunt for a new healthy snack recipe/idea for week 2.

Nightly Skincare Routine

As you know, I love using natural products, especially Australian brands. As part of 4 Week Health Reset, I have developed an evening routine, including a skincare routine.

Hubby and I start our new venture tomorrow, couples PT and I’m trying to cut down/change some of our little habits that will help us get better results.
After the girls are in bed of an evening, Hubby and I enjoy a little sweet treat (normally chocolate of some sort).
I found an awesome healthy recipe from chocolate crackles thanks to .
Doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and actually taste better than the normal version. This recipe makes 24 mini muffin sized crackles.

What a perfect quote to read so early on in the year. I would love to see the look on her ex’s face now.
