The No.1 lesson I have learnt in owning a small business is nothing ever stays the same 💕

The good the bad, the wins the losses, the ups and the downs, it all ebs and flows baby. Just when you think you have ARRIVED 🙌 it all changes 😮‍💨

From opening a salon with no clients , to being fully booked out with a wait list. To needing to hire my first ever stylist and then soon after a second. Then loosing my first stylist to following her heart ❤️ to hiring my first Apprentice to loosing my second stylist to becoming a cowgirl. Then sadly having to let my apprentice go 💔 Sheeeeeesh!!!!

Not to mention the countless interviews and unsuccessful matches with multiple stylists that just didn't quite fit the vibe. Call it my OCD or high standards or possibly "what the hell is happening with our industry".

So as I spin on my chair and try and figure out where all the superstar hairdresser's are at !? I'm reflecting on my journey with Peachy G here in Nambour Townsquare. I'm so so greatful for every incredible team member and beautiful loyal client that has been apart of her story ❤️ Ohh man if these walls could talk !!

Apologies guys as alot of you have noticed appointments are quite scarce as I'm fully booked out 6 weeks in advance at the moment. I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. But as I have learnt in business nothing ever stays the same... I may have something up my sleeve 😉

Molly has so kindly excepted our offer ( plea ) to come manage our little salon for the month of May , while myself and my husband fly back to Ireland to take care of a little business and catch up with family.🇮🇪💕

We are so very greatful to leave Peachy G and all our beautiful clients in such loving, loyal and talented hands. Molly will be with us holding space for you all from the month of May and June and a little into July.

Due to a current shortage of staff, I’ve decided that moving forward I will no longer be offering children’s haircuts at the salon. ✂️

This wasn’t an easy decision, but as a small boutique salon I’m focusing on the services that best align with the space, time, and experience I want to provide for my clients.

I’m so grateful for all the families who have supported my business and trusted me with their little ones over the years — it truly means the world. 💛
