If we could recommend one supplement for healthier skin, it would be a quality Omega 3. 🤍
When we talk about healthy skin, most people immediately think about skincare.
But one of the biggest missing pieces is supporting your skin from within.
Omega 3 fatty acids are a key building block of a healthy skin barrier. Your skin barrier is what keeps hydration in and helps protect your skin from irritation, inflammation and environmental stress.
When your Omega 3 intake is adequate, you may notice:
• Skin feels more hydrated and comfortable.
• Less tightness after cleansing.
• Reduced flaking and dryness.
• Less visible redness and irritation.
• Improved skin resilience, especially if you’re using active ingredients like retinoids.
• Calmer, less inflamed breakouts.
Think of it as giving your skin the resources it needs to function at its best.
Not all Omega 3 supplements are created equal though.
The number on the front of the bottle can be misleading.
A bottle that says “1000 mg Fish Oil” does not mean you’re getting 1000 mg of Omega 3.
Instead, flip the bottle over and look for the amount of EPA and DHA. These are the two active Omega 3 fatty acids you’re paying for.
As a general guide, look for:
✔ A combined EPA + DHA content of at least 1000mg per day for skin health. A daily maintenance for general skin health is 2000mg daily (2 capsules) and can range up to 6000-10,000mg for inflammatory skin conditions
✔ Made from wild caught small fish like sardines or anchovies to ensure they don’t contain high levels of heavy metals.
✔ Third party quality testing, such as IFOS certification, or another reputable independent testing program.
And don’t forget to take your Omega 3 with a meal that contains some healthy fat. This helps your body absorb it more effectively.
Healthy skin isn’t built overnight, and it’s not built with skincare alone. Looking after your skin from the inside can make a real difference over time.

Things that make us go... WTF. 🤷🏼♀️
No explanation needed. Just our treatment room thoughts.
Which one would you add?
Your skin isn’t always asking for stronger products.
Sometimes it’s asking for a reset.
When the skin barrier becomes compromised, even the best active skincare can leave your skin feeling dry, reactive, inflamed or like nothing is working anymore.
That’s exactly why we created our skin reset facial.
This treatment is designed to restore healthy skin function before moving onto correction. By combining a biomimetic peel, nutrient rich skin infusion, hydrating mask and LED light therapy, we help calm inflammation, replenish essential nutrients and support your skin natural repair processes.
When your skin is healthy, balanced and functioning the way it should, it becomes much more responsive to both professional treatments and your Home skincare.
If you’ve been feeling stuck with your skin, this could be the fresh start it needs.
Experience our Skin Reset Facial for $179 for a limited time. (Valued at $220).
Book online or send us a DM to find out if this treatment is the right fit for your skin.

Most people assume pigmentation is simply sun damage. The reality is often much more complex.
Pigmentation can be influenced by hormones, heat, inflammation, genetics, medication, skin injury, and ongoing UV exposure. In many cases, what you see on the surface is only a small part of the picture.
This month we're diving deeper into pigmentation, melasma, sun damage, and post-inflammatory pigmentation so you can better understand what causes it, what makes it worse, and most importantly, what actually works when it comes to treatment.
The first step is always understanding what type of pigmentation you're dealing with. Because not all pigmentation behaves the same, and not all pigmentation should be treated the same way.
Swipe through to learn 5 things most people don't know about pigmentation.
If you're concerned about pigmentation, melasma, or uneven skin tone, our AI Skin Analysis allows us to assess both visible and underlying pigmentation to create a treatment plan tailored to your skin.
