Bonjour,⁣

1) if you’re tracking food, cooked or raw - who care? just keep logging it the SAME so it remains what I call a ‘constant variable’.⁣

2) labelling food as a “cheat” 🍕 doesn’t get you a discount on its calorie total, call it what it is.⁣

3) if your p**s stinks drink more water⁣

4) if you’re giving up breakfast to lose fat, why not have some eggs on a Saturday morning and a croissant on a Wednesday morning so it doesn’t feel like you’ve given up breakfast.⁣

5) chances are you probably want visible abs to impress people you don’t like, sometimes you’ll alienate people close to you and kill your s*x drive so weigh it up.⁣

6) don’t identify as what you choose to eat. Pescatarian, vegetarian or omnivorous your parents gave you a name for a reason. Your bio is supposed to be about you, not your plate. If your food choices make the 150 max characters in an insta bio you have big problems that need addressing.⁣

8) where the hell is number 7?⁣

9) there are a lot of people richer than you, yet you don’t cry about it. There are a lot of people in better shape than you, so stop crying about it. ⁣

There are plenty of miserable millionaires and depressed fit people so how about worrying about making yourself happy rather than incessantly comparing yourself to others. ⁣

Feels so good to get back into running! 🏃🏽‍♀️
If you want to get into running just start small.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Start with a daily walk, then walk with a jog, then jog short distance etc. so many people go guns blazing at the start but don’t make it sustainable.

💫Throwback to 2016 when I first started personal training, working under an experienced PT. If you are new to the industry I highly recommend training/learning with someone for a year. This is where I learnt what trainer I wanted to be (& what I didn’t want to be..) & it became clear to me who I wanted to help. 🌟
