Thank you Nadia!!! As some of you know, I’ve really tried to make an effort to make my table as comfortable as possible. I have added a heated blanket, width extending armrests, and a face pillow to ensure comfort.

Hot stone massage is a soothing therapy that combines traditional massage techniques with the warmth of smooth, heated basalt stones. The heat helps relax tight muscles more quickly, which can make the massage feel gentler while still reaching deeper areas of tension. This type of massage promotes a strong sense of calm, helping to reduce everyday stress and anxiety while encouraging the body to unwind.
In addition to relaxation, hot stone massage may support better circulation and improved flexibility by warming the soft tissues and increasing blood flow to targeted areas. This can help ease stiffness, reduce muscle discomfort, and leave the body feeling more balanced and restored. During the winter months, it can feel especially beneficial because the warmth may help counter cold-weather tightness and provide a comforting sense of heat when muscles tend to feel more tense. Some people also report better sleep after a session, likely because the combination of heat and massage encourages deep relaxation.
Nichole is now offering Hot Stone massages during the winter season, $120 for 60 minutes, available beginning June1st!

Structural Integration bodywork is my main modality. It is a holistic, hands-on approach that helps the body find greater ease, balance, and freedom of movement. By working intentionally with the body’s connective tissue, or fascia, it supports better posture, releases patterns of tension, and encourages a deeper sense of alignment and well-being.
Many of my clients experience it as a way to feel more grounded, open, and comfortable w in their bodies. Sessions combine focused touch with body awareness and movement, helping you reconnect with how your body naturally wants to move. Every body is a little different, so the work can feel either quite light and relaxing or very intense and deep.
We work together to figure out what works best for you and create a treatment plan based on your body’s individual needs.
