📍 Western Melbourne – 1 position
📍 South-East Melbourne – 1 position

✔ $100,000 – $110,000 per year

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

You will work with NDIS participants and Home Care clients, helping improve independence, safety, participation and quality of life.

Your work may include:

Functional Capacity Assessments
ADL assessments
Home safety & accessibility assessments
Assistive technology recommendations
Individualised therapy plans
NDIS reporting and documentation
Supporting clients to achieve greater independence

𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
✔ Current AHPRA registration
✔ Strong communication & clinical reasoning skills
✔ Client-centred approach
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Current Australian driver's licence
