Extensions can make such a huge difference to your dreadlocks, especially partial dreadlocks!
They add shape and fullness to the hair, not to mention length for however many days you want!

I know a lot of dreadlock lovers understandably have their reservations about adding extension hair whether it be for ethical reasons or wanting to feel more authentic with having only their natural hair dreadlocked.

There are so many options in this case:
Yes you can add human hair extension and yes the hair can be ethically sourced based on what the individual is most comfortable with.
Synthetic hair, wool, yarn can be woven to blend and look quite natural.

Last but not least, your own hair can be used as extension aswell!
Now this is more for freshies or clients with partial locs and it is definitely more time consuming, however the average person loses 100 strands of hair a day.
Bag up your fall out for a month or two, and there's your extension! Sounds crazy, but I've done it before and it works just the same.
