Some Special Health Advice for Fibromyalgia....

Recently, many patients came to visit me for chronic Fibromyalgia.

After I checked their Tongues and Pulses, I found that mostly they had Spleen Damp and some Liver Hot issues.

I treated them with acupuncture and some Chinese Herbs Pills . In addition, I recommended them to follow my Health Advice as following:

Some Advice for Spleen Damp:

Avoid eating too much Cold Nature Food such as: Sugar, Sweet, Ice cream, Cold Water, Cucumber, Ice Berg Lettuce, Celery, Bitter Melon, Okra, Water Melon( and any Melon), Banana, Mango, Straw Berry, Grapefruit, Pears, Kiwi, Star Fruit, Persimmon, Pomelo, Pekin Duck, most of Shell Fish ( except Prawns), Salmon Fish, Green Tea, Mint Tea, Jasmine Tea, Dandelion Tea, Beer and so on...

For Liver Hot , mainly Advice:
Avoiding eating too much of Hot Nature Food, such as Spicy, Chili, Pepper and so on....

Most of patients have a great improvement after some visits as long as they follow the health advice.

A Real Story at my Clinic no. 64

Four Years Dream of looking for to be pregnant came true !

Lee and Frank came to visit me for 4 years infertility in 2017 .
They had tried to be pregnant but can't for 4 years . ( One friend of them recommended them to visit me)

I checked their Tongues and Pulses. I found that Lee had Liver Hot. And Frank has Spleen Damp.

I treated them with acupuncture and ChineseHerbs pills. In addition, I gave them some Health Advice about eating. Avoid eatings too much hot nature food for Lee (due to her hot Living). And Avoid eating too much cold nature food for Frank( due to his Spleen Damp).

After 8 weeks of continuing treatment, and later for 2 weeks Lee had been pregnant . And after 10 months they got a baby ( boy 👦 ). They were very happy that they had a lovely son finally.

After 6 months they came to visit me with baby and their parents ( 5 people totally) to say" Thank you! ".

All family were so happy, and I was very happy too.

After 4 years later , in June 2021.

Lee came to see me again, they wanted to have another baby ( after they tried for one year harder but still not successful).

I diagnosed her again and found that her issue was the same as last time.
Therefore I treated her same as last time for 4 years ago.

After 4 months , she got pregnant, and they had a lovely daughter after 10 months.

Now, their family has two kids ( son and daughter). They are a very happy and warm family .

Recently many patients mentioned about difficulty to fine the Food eating Health Advice no. 83. Therefore I publish
It again!

Four groups of Food for most of people's every day's nutrition .

Recently, many patients asked me about what kinds of food we need to eat for every day.
And my Advice is :

From Nutrition point of view,
I would recommend as following for our everyday Nutrition:

1. Fruit: such as Apple, Grapes, Pine Apple, Blue Berry, Mandarin, Peach, Plum, Nectarine, Papaya, Cherry and so on.

2. Vegetables: such as Cabbage(white or Red) Silver Beet, Currie Kale, Rocket, pokchoy, Choysum, Sweet Potato Leaves and so on.

3. Carbohydrates: such as Rice, Potato,
Oat， Millet and so on.

4. Protein source: such as Beans, Peas , Probiatics Yogurt, Beef , Pork, Chicken, Eggs, Fish(less shell fish, except prown and oyster) , Cheese and so on.

Health Advice no. 87

In Winter season how to support your health?

From Chinese Medicine point of view, we say that winter is a time to save your Qi ( like power or energy).

Even some animals they have hibernation ,such as snacks, frogs, oand some insects .

Therefore we advise people to sleep earlier and wake up later to make a good sleeping quality time with you. And try to support your body Qi as much as you can.

Then, when the Spring starts your body is prepared for the lovely season to come.

Actually, the issues of Anxiety and Depression are coming worse in Spring. In Chinese, we say that the Five Elements are running for the years. And the Spring is Wood in Five Elements and it will be associated with our Liver organ.
In Chinese Medicine, the Anxiety and Depression are associated with the Liver Qi deficiency or unbalanced.

Therefore, if we can do our best to support our bodies in Winter season then we will have more capabilities to support our bodies weaknesses such as Anxiety or Depression in the Spring season.

Health Advice no. 86

A Very Important Advice Your Infection !

Recently many patients came to visit me for chronic or acute infection of the bodies.

After I checked the Tongues and Pulses, I found that mostly they had Liver Hot 🔥 ( In Chinese Medicine we called "Liver Fire Blazing 🔥").

The infection could be in organs, such as Bladder Infection, urinary tract infection, eyes infection, eyes infection, even some muscles or joints infection.

I treated them with Acupuncture and options with some Chinese Herbs Pills.

In addition, I would ask them must to follow my Health Advice for Avoiding eating too much of Hot Nature Food, such as Spicy, Chili, Alcohol, Pepper, Curry, Fried Chips, BarBe Q Food 🔥 .

Also, advised them to drink 2 litters of water 💧 with Lime or lemon every day to clean up the toxins ( in Chinese Medicine called it fire 🔥).

Mostly they recovered very quickly if you followed my advice and continued the treatment for a while.

Patients are very happy and I am happy too.

Health Advice no. 85

A very special Advice for
Plantar Fasciistis.

Recently, many patients came to visit me for chronic or acute foot pain with no reason or light inflammation.

The above issue is very often happened in Young and middle age patients. But mostly they don't know what is happening in their bodies. Some people say that they have Plantar Fasciistis or some inflammation on feet.

I treated them with acupuncture , and some Herbs Pills ( options) .

In addition, I always asked them to follow the health advice of avoiding eating too much of Cold Nature Food or too much of Hot Nature Food what are on my Health Advice no. 82 .

And suggested them what to eat that was in my Health Advice no. 83.
Moreover, I also asked them to provide a food eating list of full week to show me what they had eaten in whole week. And I would check it and give them an Advice for what food they should eat.

Since the treatment started, most of them were improving well day by day.

I started the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Paradise Centre on The Gold Coast.

Since then till today, I had helped more than twenty thousand of people's health issues. People came with pain and go with smiling.

I always try my best to help people.

In my mind,
patients' health are the first priority.

I had never cared about the cancelation from patients. I had never asked patients to pay the cancelation fees, even some patients wanted to. But I said no need. Because my mind thought that the health is yours and you should make your decision to help your self or not.

From patients points view, lots of things could be happen and need to cancel the appointments or even forget the appointment.

Therefore, I give patients one hundred percent of
Freedom to make their decisions.
Because I always think " Help you recovering your health is my Mission and most important. "

Nowadays, many practitioners charged a very expensive consultation and treatment fees.

But my mind is if I have a very good technology to treat patients but I charged very expensive, then they don't have much money to afford it. How can I help them?
