HM Super Nails & Spa

💅💅❄️❄️

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your support in our recent post.

In light of that, there was one customer this morning who gave us permission to use her name, Casey Simmonds, she offered to pay $100 out of the $235 for the loss we incurred.

She expressed that she did not want us to miss out on money that we worked hard for and that she wanted to compensate for our loss.

We would like to express our gratitude for your kind-heartedness.

Although we do appreciate your generosity, we do not dare to accept this money. We will keep the $100 you transferred to us as credit for your next visit at our nail salon.

We are deeply grateful for everyone' support. We will do our best to continue to contribute to the Swan Hill community.

Thank you,

Hi everyone,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our previous post.

There have been many similar incidents like that happened in the past. We would prefer not to post photos of so individuals but unfortunately we were left with no option.

The most serious incident happened last year when one lady came in with her group to get their nails done. She left to grab cash, but also did not return which resulted in $235 remains unpaid.

Because of recurring episodes like these, we kindly ask our customers who wish to go grab cash from the ATM to leave one of your belongings with us for our peace of mind.

We appreciate your understanding.

Many thanks,

Hi everyone!
