The end of an era!
Today with sadness and a heavy heart we closed the doors of Meraki Hair House in Swan View Shopping Centre, our home for the last 5 years.
Monday marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter for our family business. Same amazing service, high standard of work just new location and reduced prices!

Oh, my beautiful extended family, where do I begin.

For over half a decade you have all allowed me to be a part of your lives. I have seen relationships form and break, babies arrive, and children leave home. I have cried with you when loved ones have passed, laughed with you when life was great and hugged you when you just needed that embrace.

You have all been a huge part of my life as well. You have watched me grow as a hairdresser, business owner, person, and what I love being the most a mum and grandmother. You were all there through the good, the stressful and the unpredictable times. You have lived my life alongside me throughout this whole journey. I have formed incredible friendships along the way, ones that will continue for a lifetime.

And I know by now you all realise what this update is about.

I have made the incredibly impossible decision to not extend the lease at Swan View Shopping Centre which means the end of an era. Believe me when I tell you this is not something that has come easily for me, but for commercial business reasons, it is time to move on. The salon will officially close Saturday 15th of July 2023

At this point I will be changing the scene to a boutique home salon studio where I will be more than happy to provide the same service and meet all your hair needs just a short 7 mins away from the centre, I really do look forward to welcoming you all.

I am available to discuss the transition anytime, answer any questions and work with you to accommodate your needs and book you in. My mobile is 0478 741 956.

I cannot thank you all enough for the years of an incredible business you have given me. I built it from the ground up and I would never have gotten through it all without each, and every one of you.
Lastly, words cannot explain how thankful I am to all staff who have been with me on this journey and worked so hard to deliver the high level of service we did every day, I must make special mention of Lilly – this girl is a superstar. She started with me on day one of the business and gave it everything she had every single day without fail, I will be forever grateful to you Lil for everything you done and your dedication to the business never giving up!
