Last-minute cancellations and reschedules have been happening a lot lately and it’s become really difficult for me to manage (especially when other clients complain they can never get the time they want/day) Those empty slots are nearly impossible to fill at short notice and it directly impacts my income and the sustainability of my business.

So I’ve had to update my policy 📋

❌ No cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours
💸 Late changes & no-shows = 50% charge

I hate having to be strict about this because I adore every one of you — but this is my livelihood and I have to protect it like any small business owner would 🤍
