🔍 Lý do hành động này là đúng đắn và cần thiết:
Chúng tôi, những người tiêu dùng có trách nhiệm và cộng đồng sử dụng nước Kangen toàn cầu, nhận thấy hành vi của cá nhân này không chỉ thiếu hiểu biết mà còn gây tổn hại nghiêm trọng đến sức khỏe cộng đồng, đặc biệt là cộng đồng người Việt tại Mỹ và trên toàn thế giới. Dưới danh nghĩa “y tá”, cá nhân này đã phát ngôn sai lệch, thiếu cơ sở khoa học, và lạm dụng danh xưng để gây hoang mang, làm suy giảm niềm tin vào các giải pháp sức khỏe như nước ion kiềm Kangen.
Cụ thể, cá nhân này đã:
1. Phủ nhận giá trị khoa học của nước Kangen mà không đưa ra bằng chứng từ các nghiên cứu y khoa chính thống.
2. Lạm dụng danh xưng “y tá” để tạo niềm tin sai lệch, dù chưa rõ tư cách hành nghề hợp pháp tại Mỹ.
3. Trích dẫn các nguồn không đáng tin cậy, quy chụp rằng “cả thế giới phủ nhận” nước Kangen.
4. Không phân biệt được nước kiềm đóng chai và nước ion kiềm điện giải, thể hiện sự thiếu hiểu biết cơ bản về khoa học.
5. Phủ nhận cơ chế chống oxy hóa của hydrogen hoạt tính (H₂), vốn đã được chứng minh bởi các nghiên cứu từ Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Mỹ, và châu Âu.
6. Lợi dụng các hoạt động kinh doanh không đúng của một số nhóm tại Việt Nam để công kích toàn bộ hệ thống Enagic toàn cầu.
Những hành vi này vi phạm nghiêm trọng các quy định đạo đức nghề nghiệp y tá tại Mỹ, bao gồm:
• §1.01: Phát ngôn sai lệch về kiến thức y khoa (Mức độ: Cao).
• §1.03: Lạm dụng danh xưng chuyên môn để gây ảnh hưởng sai lệch (Mức độ: Rất cao).
• §1.05: Gây hoang mang cho cộng đồng qua thông tin sai lệch (Mức độ: Cao).
• §1.06: Vi phạm đạo đức nghề nghiệp trong phát ngôn công khai (Mức độ: Rất cao).

• Tạo môi trường thông tin độc hại, thiếu công bằng, và thiếu trách nhiệm, ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe cộng đồng.
📌 Hành động kêu gọi:
Hành động đưa cá nhân này ra trước Hiệp hội Y tá Hoa Kỳ (ANA) và các cơ quan quản lý y tế là đúng đắn và cần thiết vì:
1. Bảo vệ sức khỏe cộng đồng: Phát ngôn sai lệch của cá nhân này có thể khiến người tiêu dùng từ chối các giải pháp sức khỏe đã được chứng minh, gây nguy hại cho sức khỏe lâu dài.
2. Duy trì đạo đức nghề nghiệp: Lạm dụng danh xưng “y tá” để phát ngôn thiếu cơ sở là hành vi vi phạm nghiêm trọng, cần được điều tra và xử lý để bảo vệ uy tín nghề y tá.
3. Khôi phục niềm tin: Việc xử lý nghiêm minh sẽ giúp cộng đồng, đặc biệt là người Việt tại Mỹ, lấy lại niềm tin vào thông tin khoa học và các sản phẩm sức khỏe như nước Kangen.

Chúng tôi kêu gọi cộng đồng người Việt tại Mỹ và những người tiêu dùng có trách nhiệm thực hiện các bước sau:
1. Xác minh tư cách hành nghề: Tra cứu giấy phép y tá của cá nhân này qua Nursys (https://www.nursys.com) hoặc Hội đồng Y tá Bang (State Board of Nursing) tại tiểu bang liên quan.
2. Thu thập bằng chứng: Lưu lại bài đăng, video, hoặc phát ngôn sai lệch (ảnh chụp màn hình, liên kết, v.v.) để làm bằng chứng.
3. Nộp khiếu nại đến Hội đồng Y tá Bang:
• Truy cập trang web của Hội đồng Y tá Bang (ví dụ: https://www.rn.ca.gov ở California).
• Điền biểu mẫu khiếu nại, nêu rõ hành vi vi phạm và đính kèm bằng chứng.

We, responsible consumers and members of the global Kangen water community, recognize that the actions of this individual are not only uninformed but also severely detrimental to public health, particularly within the Vietnamese community in the U.S. and worldwide. By using the title “nurse,” this individual has made misleading, unscientific statements, exploiting their claimed credentials to sow confusion and undermine trust in health solutions like Kangen ionized water.
Specifically, this individual has:
1. Denied the scientific value of Kangen water without citing credible medical research.
2. Misused the title “nurse” to create false credibility, despite unclear legitimacy of their professional credentials in the U.S.
3. Referenced unreliable sources, falsely claiming that “the world” rejects Kangen water.
4. Failed to distinguish between bottled alkaline water and ionized alkaline water, demonstrating a fundamental lack of scientific knowledge.
5. Denied the antioxidant mechanism of active hydrogen (H₂), which is supported by studies from Japan, South Korea, the U.S., and Europe.
6. Misused improper business practices by some groups in Vietnam to attack Enagic’s global operations.
These actions violate key ethical standards of the nursing profession in the U.S., including:
• §1.01: Making false statements about medical knowledge (Severity: High).
• §1.03: Misusing professional titles to exert misleading influence (Severity: Very High).
• §1.05: Causing public confusion through false information (Severity: High).
