Today's breakfast of champions 😆

A frozen mixed berries & banana smoothie made with milk & water, chia seeds, cinnamon and fresh mint.

Followed by my Skin Tonic Collagen shot and my Body Hydraslim+ to sip on throughout the day, alongside my regular old tap water. I always drink my 2L water a day if not more! 💦 Hydration is so important.

12 weeks in and I'm down 3.4kg and many cm, without really changing my diet or exercise routine. I still go to the gym the same, walk the same, eat the same...
