it’s important not to pick at any spots on your face as it can prevent makeup from sitting properly on that area!

ALL skin types can benefit from hydration. this means drinking enough water and adding hydrating products to your skincare routine! moisturising is a simple step to lock in all that hydration and prevent dryness/dehydration.
i also recommend applying your usual skincare a few hours before your appointment.
