And yet, you start again today.
You forced it yesterday, and yet ,
you’re back in flow today .
You made a mess of it yesterday , and yet , you’re cleaning it up today .
I see your brave.
I see your strength.
I’m with you .🙏💖🦋 #

And perhaps what made her beautiful was not her appearance or what she achieved, but in her love and in her courage and her audacity to believe no matter the darkness around her, light ran wild within her, and that was the way she came alive, and it showed up in everything. 🙏💖🦋

Lucky last yoga class in my ugg boots and all, good luck getting these babies off my feet today🤪😂 . Oh yes and we made it before ‘lock up’ time🤯 😂🙏🧘‍♀️

Things I know about healing .
It shows up in people who enter our lives unexpectedly.
It shows up in places that feel like home, but never have been .

Wahooo it’s on again this school hols , our amazing creative kids workshop . Includes yoga and meditation , baking and decorating , tie dying workshop and gratitude ceremony.🙏💖🦋🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
