Hey everyone, I hate having to write this but due to an increase in late arrivals, last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I need to enforce a strict booking policy moving forward.

Please respect my time the way I respect yours.

✨ Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be classed as a no-show and you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining appointment cost.

✨ No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining appointment cost.
After 2 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with me.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment cost.
