A SMOOTHIE FOR GREAT SKIN.

This smoothie is great to have instead of breakfast if you're one of those busy people! ;)

This is plant based and packed full of nutritional goodness for healthy hair, skin and nails.

STEP 1
Cut up a banana for biotin and add to the blender. Now add SoGood Almond milk fortified with Vitamins B12, A, C, E and Calcium, if you can't have nut mylk then substitute with your favourite plant based mylk. Dairy is not generally great for skin, and tends to be at the root cause of a lot of skin issues like eczema, acne, dry skin so we would advise to avoid as much as possible.

STEP 2

STEP 3

STEP 4
Add Pure Canadian Maple Syrup.
Pure maple syrup is not only high in antioxidants, but every spoonful offers nutrients like riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium. It contains up to 24 different Antioxidants! Plus it's not bad for the taste!
