Sometimes the most meaningful things turn up in the middle of packing boxes.

From finding a special keepsake in the process of packing came a long moment of reflection and gratitude around the journey that started in 2020.

Timeless by Ann was a business built by a girl who was starting to finally say yes to herself and her dream.

The Wellnest Skin Studio is built by a woman who has learned to heal and hold a safe space for other women who are learning to say yes to themselves.

Although these past few weeks have brought a lot of challenge and seen a lot of tears, cuts and bruises, I would not change any moment of this journey as it has led me to here.

A new chapter. Refreshed energy. And a deep sense of gratitude for every person who has been part of this story from the very beginning.

The first week of June asked a lot of me.

Wedding appointments and arrangwments, a clinic packing up, a move on the horizon, and clients to care for in the middle of all of it.

I knew what was coming. So before the week began, I chose myself first. Not as a reward. As a non-negotiable.

I have learned, slowly and not always gracefully, that I cannot pour from a place of depletion. That pushing through without filling back up does not make me more capable. It just makes the inevitable harder to recover from.

This week reminded me exactly why I have designed my treatments the way I have.
Results matter. But so does how you feel on the table. So does the moment your nervous system finally lets go. So does walking out of an appointment feeling like yourself again, not just looking better.

Your skin and your wellbeing are not separate things. And you deserve a space that treats them that way.

This is not a decision I made lightly, but I definitely had to move quickly when the opportunity presented itself. It is the result of years of growth, and a deep belief that this community deserves more. A quieter space. A better environment. A location built for the next chapter of what The Wellnest is becoming.

Our last day at Fairfield is Saturday 7 June.
Our first official day at Rhodes is Tuesday 10 June.
