Holiday Breakfast:

Planning to go on a holiday but confused how to maintain a healthy diet .

Well my favour holiday breakfast is Avocado πŸ₯‘ on toast with poached eggs 🍳 and cherry tomatoes πŸ… .
And of course my Skinny Cappuccino β˜•οΈ

The perfect combination and balance of fiber, protein, and healthy fats is filling, satisfying, and provides lots of nutrition to start your day.

Avocados are a great source of potassium, fiber, heart-healthy monounsaturated fat,​ and folate, while eggs provide protein.

People often come to me and say - "I have NO metabolism".

Now I understand WHY they think this but we all have a metabolism, sometimes it has just gotten a little slow.

Here are a few ways to "kick start" it - funnily enough they all go in line with what the Phatt lifestyle promotes too πŸ™‚

1. Eat protein: Protein is important for building and maintaining muscle mass, which can help boost your metabolism. Eating protein with each meal can also help you feel fuller for longer, which can help prevent overeating.
