This question has really shaken things up for me.
I’ve strongly believed that part of my path in this life is to help people. Everything I do, or plan to do or create, is somehow about helping people.
And I genuinely feel that I care.
I believe human life is hard. When someone is suffering, I feel connected to their pain because I can see how difficult life can be. And for some reason, I feel called to bring some light into that person’s life if I can.
But my main tikkun, my soul correction, is low self-worth.
And recently, while listening to a podcast from David Ghiyam, something he said made me question something I’ve been so sure about.
Do I really want to help people because this is who I am and what my soul wants?
Or is it my tikkun?
Because if I help people, they’re going to like me because I helped them.
And if my tikkun is low self-worth, how do I know that somewhere underneath all of this I’m not still looking for approval, trying to be liked or trying to feel worthy?
That really shook me.
Because when I go deep inside myself and ask what I’m really trying to do, I genuinely feel that I do it from the bottom of my heart. I really care.
But is it really that?
Or is it just another conditioning that one day I will see differently?
I don’t have the answer.
And maybe that’s the part I’m sitting with right now.
Where is the truth?
What do I really want from life?

What if where you were born wasn’t random?
Understanding my tikkun helped me see the deeper patterns behind my life - and why my soul may have chosen exactly this path.
Maybe yours did too. 🤍

Have you ever wondered why you were born into THIS family, THIS country, THIS culture?
What if it wasn’t random?
When I discovered my main soul correction - my tikkun - is connected to low self-worth, I started looking back at my life very differently.
My upbringing. My Slavic roots. People pleasing. Staying small. Working hard to feel worthy. My relationship with money and abundance.
Suddenly, so many things started connecting.
I believe our soul places us exactly where the work is.
I call it a little work placement for the soul. 😂
Understanding my own tikkun through Kabbalah didn’t magically remove these patterns, but it helped me SEE them. And once we can see something, we have the opportunity to work with it.
I wrote a new blog about my own experience and why I believe the family, culture and environment we’re born into can tell us something about the lessons our soul came here to work through.
If this resonates with you, have a read. Maybe it will make you look at your own story a little differently too. 🤍

An identity shift doesn’t happen just because you want it to happen. I believe it begins when something inside you is ready. When you are ready to awaken.
And once that shift is triggered, things start changing.
Your beliefs begin to crumble. Things you used to enjoy don’t feel the same anymore. The way you think, speak and see the world starts changing.
And with that comes one of the hardest parts of an identity shift - loss.
Because for something new to be born, something old has to die.
You might lose friendships, relationships and connections with people you thought would always be part of your life. Not because anyone is necessarily wrong or bad, but because they knew the version of you that you are now outgrowing.
It’s going to be okay. But I’m not going to tell you it’s going to be easy.
You don’t need to dramatically cut people off. Many things will naturally leave your life because you simply don’t fit where you once fitted.
But there will also be moments when you have to choose.
The invitation to return to your old self will appear again and again. You might even look back and think, “But I had so much fun. Things were easier. Why can’t I just go back?”
But once you’ve started awakening, going backwards doesn’t feel comfortable anymore.
I’m telling you this because when I was going through it, I felt incredibly lonely and misunderstood.
Nobody told me it was going to be okay.
So if you’re there right now, wondering what the hell is happening to you, I want to tell you what I needed someone to tell me:
My dear friend, my dear soul, you are not alone.
You’re going to be okay.
Stay strong and keep following that inner feeling.
You already know this is necessary.
You know you’re being called to level up. 🤍

We often think that changing the world means convincing people, correcting them, or showing them a better way. But I don’t believe that’s how real transformation happens.
People rarely change because they were told to. They change because they witnessed something that inspired them.
When you choose kindness, integrity, compassion and authenticity every single day, people notice. When you stand firmly behind who you are and live in alignment with your values, you become an invitation for others to do the same.
You don’t have to force change.
You simply have to become it.
Because the most powerful way to teach isn’t through words.
It’s through the way you live.

Some days leave us carrying more than we realise. 💛
Stress, tension and the heaviness of the day often stay with us long after it’s over, settling into our shoulders, our neck and our mind.
That’s why I’ve created this free 10-minute Evening Reset.
Together we’ll gently release tension through simple stretches, reconnect with the breath, let go of what no longer serves us, and prepare the body and mind for a peaceful night’s sleep.
