I overdid it with eating over the festive season… and my stomach has been hurting for days 😔

I just opened another pack of atomy puer tea. I’m even surprised at myself for being diligent and taking the tea everyday. Many have commented that I look like i lost weight.

I’ve swapped the morning coffee to this tea and now i don’t crave the morning coffee like I used to. I realised it was just a habit and I can kick bad habits! Now whenever I have a morning coffee at the cafe, it’s a treat! :)
