How to prepare for your upcoming lip filler appointment 💁🏼‍♀️👇🏼

🫦 No exercise the day of treatment (before or post)
🫦 Avoid alcohol, fish oil, ibuprofen, aspirin or St. John’s wart for 3 days prior to treatment to reduce your chances of bleeding and bruising
🫦 Invest in anti-bruising tablets and start taking them 3 days prior to treatment
🫦 Clear the calendar - bruising and swelling can last up to 14 days
