I am moving… and we are expanding our wellness services!
After 5+ years in my humble Penshurst studio, we have decided to level up our offering and give our customers somewhere to optimise their wellness, recovery and performance.

An opportunity to build a contrast therapy room alongside the incredible new came up and my husband, a BJJ and injury addict, couldn’t say no.

The impossible task of gutting a mammoth space over two levels, and turning it into the first gym and recovery room of its kind, took place with the ingenuity of .build and a team of skilled people who worked tirelessly to bring it to life.

Proud to know everyone involved, particularly my hubby who saw the potential and built a dream space that will help so many become the best version of themselves.

I’m excited to announce that I will be moving my business into this brand new space over the coming weeks. I will continue to support my retail customers from here, and also help run the beautiful 🖤

Our facility is home to a stunning luxury 7-person traditional European sauna and premium temperature-controlled cold plunge. We also have a gorgeous stretch studio, that stunning shower, built-in speakers, ambient lighting, and plenty of natural sunlight in a peaceful setting - and with more wellness equipment on the way, it’s hard not to feel instantly relaxed when you walk through the door.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my small business and to all the old and new friendships we’ve formed and nurtured. Whilst I will miss my amazing customers and neighbours on The Strand, I am a big advocate for change and I look forward to continue working with everyone, just in a new setting!

I’ve been experimenting with Australian beef tallow over the last two weeks 🤍 I have always wanted to formulate my own whipped tallow balm but have been hesitant. It’s a very delicate balance of textures and smells whilst preserving the beautiful benefits of tallow.
Well I think I’ve perfected it using organic, grass-fed and grass-finished tallow that melts into your skin without feeling greasy or smelling beefy!
Two beautiful aromas will be available soon. One is completely antimicrobial to help soothe skin ailments and includes highly-regarded essential oils of Frankincense, Roman Chamomile and Helichrysum. The other is made purely with Madagascar Vanilla after several requests for something that’s so good, you just want to eat it!
Quality tallow is naturally rich in essential fatty acids, making it incredibly effective for dry, itchy or inflamed skin. My 100% natural formulation is made with the best quality tallow and is perfect as a full-body moisturiser, face cream or spot treatment.
