Not a clinical pick, just something Eleanor’s been using and people keep asking about: the MERIT complexion set.
Simple, no fuss, does what it says. Good for those days when your skin just needs a bit of help.
If you’ve been curious about it too, this is Eleanor’s honest take.

Tretinoin and azelaic acid keep coming up in your feed. Both are genuinely effective when they’re right for your skin. The problem is most people never get told what “right” actually means for them, just the ingredient name and a promise. Wrong strength or wrong timing can irritate skin and disrupt the barrier instead of helping it. Consistency and correct use are where the results are, not the ingredient alone. If you’re not sure where to start, that’s what a consult is for. No judgement, just a plan. 🤍

We get asked all the time what to actually use for each type of skin or skin concern.
For “normal” skin, Eleanor’s picks: Beauté Pacifique Defy Damage Skin Repair Serum to support the skin barrier, followed by Dr. Spiller Hydro Collagen Creme to lock it in.
Both products available to purchase, DM us 🤍

Same products, different order, completely different result.
This is the sequence we talk clients through in consultations: clean base first, actives on damp skin before anything heavier, moisturiser to seal it in, SPF non negotiable every morning.
It’s not always about buying more. Sometimes it’s the order you’re already using them in.
Save this one, you’ll want it next time you’re restocking.
El is getting asked this one a lot right now. How young is too young for skincare? 🤍
The answer is simple. Teen skin doesn’t need much. A gentle cleanser, a light moisturiser, and SPF. That’s it.
No vitamin C. No vitamin A. No actives. Introducing those too early disrupts the skin barrier and causes sensitivity down the track. Just because someone online is using it does not mean it’s right for your teen’s skin. ☁️
Breakouts and hormonal changes at that age are normal. Keep the skin clean, change pillowcases regularly, wash makeup brushes. Anything bacteria can feed off needs to stay on top of. 🫧
If your teen is really struggling, El’s 2 recommendations are a B pill, a natural dried herb supplement that resets the skin’s 28 day cycle down to 5 days, and a probiotic. Gut health at that age is a bigger factor than most people realise. ✨
Simple. Clean. No actives. That’s the brief. 🤍
A day in the clinic. Different faces, different plans, same level of care. 🤍
