Welcome to my page! I'm Anna, wife to Fidoh and mum to Noah! I love using essential oils in my life and love continually learning and sharing oils.

We are sick, yet again. Poor Noah has a cold, fever and vomiting๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคง๐Ÿค’๐Ÿ˜ท. It started when we picked him up from daycare on Friday and hasn't stopped since.

Luckily he is in relatively good spirits. He is up and down all day, which is better than being down all day!

Constant vomiting means constant cleaning. I'm so grateful that we switched to natural alternatives for our cleaners. Bi carb, vinegar and essential oils is what we clean with now. Not only is our house clean, but it smells amazing and I know that I'm not exposing Noah's already suffering body to more toxins.

Hopefully Noah starts to feel better soon... well, until next time anyway ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Noah is finally feeling better (amazing what antibiotics can do!) however not feeling well enough to take out his dummy!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

As much as I love to support my family with natural alternatives, sometimes there is no denying you need the big pharma (and I'm not about to make my son suffer more that he has to just to prevent him from taking antibiotics).

Ear infection on the mend and last day of antibiotics. We have also been supporting our little guy with oils around his ear (tea tree and frank appropriately diluted - and definitely NOT in his ear) and immune roller down his back.

Daddy and Noah got a fresh haircut yesterday, ready for a good week at work and daycare!

I love this kid. Currently battling an ear infection and lack of sleep, but he still looks ultra cool just casually sitting on the table playing with the pop up toy.

Definitely has the laid back personality of daddy - with my good looks of course!

๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธAre you interested in learning about essential oils, but not sure where to start?

๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ Are you a "try before you buy" kinda person?

๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธHave you been wanting to make the switch to low-tox products, but feeling a bit lost?

Then this event is for you! My team and I are running a Sample Event next month. This involves sending you some samples of the below 3 oils, and tapping you into online education to learn about these incredible oils.

There is no obligation to sign up after the event (however, you'll see how amazing they are and will want to anyway!!๐Ÿ˜‰) and no obligation to purchase.

Spots are limited, so reach out to me if you'd like to join the event, or learn more.

**Please read - this event is only open to those who are genuinely interested in learning about essential oils and who are not already enrolled with DoTERRA or working with a doTERRA wellness advocate**

Daycare has a lot to answer for! Don't get me wrong, it's great that Noah has a fabulous time and we know that he is safe and fed and clean, but I feel like we are permanently sick at the moment! Noah came down with a fever again on Thursday which eventually broke on Monday morning.

This pic was taken on Saturday afternoon - while daddy was coaching basketball, we were sleeping for 5 hours straight.

And while he had no other symptoms, I'm now sick again. It's like a never ending cycle! I'm very grateful to have my oils to help support us through these times. And here's hoping it will eventually get better!

It was a mummy and Noah weekend this weekend, as Daddy was visiting our newest niece, Lyla Jennifer. While I can't wait for cuddles with Lyla, I can already feel the ache in my ovaries! Newborns are so special, even their cries are beautiful! Another one wouldn't be so bad, right??

With the arrival of the newest addition to our family, it made me think back to when Noah was born. The newborn phase is so incredible, but I feel like it's only really appreciated in hindsight. During it, you are too exhausted, sleep deprived, sore and focused on keeping your little human alive to really appreciate the magic of new life.

To all the new mums out there, you're doing an amazing job! โค๏ธ

This was my chook yesterday at daycare. He is obsessed with blowing kisses, particularly to all his teachers, which they love! I think he has won some hearts already!

Yesterday I was in a taxi to the city for work with a very chatty driver (I'm personally not a fan of chatting, I'd rather listen to the radio or check my emails, but what can you do!). He was a different kind of taxi driver, he was a retired business man who couldn't sit at home and "lunch and golf" all day (only on Wednesday and Saturday apparently) (and when I pointed out that it was in fact Wednesday, he confirmed that he would be golfing that afternoon!).

But what I liked about this taxi ride was that when I was getting out, he said to me "have a good day... Or better yet, make it a good day". I really liked this. Too often we think everything is out of our control (which some things are - the weather, traffic etc.), but what is in our control is how we handle and respond to situations. We can either be happy and blow kisses to everyone (like Noah!) or we can be consumed by the negatives and get lost in negative head space.

So whatever you are doing today, make it a good day!

Cheap diffuser - Rock salt and oils!

We have our house inspection tomorrow and this is a good way of making it smell nice without having to set up a diffuser in the morning.

Quick, cheap and easy!

Today hubby and I were on a cleaning spree. We have a house inspection coming up and so we are making sure everything is clean and tidy.

Noah loves to help too. And the best thing about our cleaning products is that I have no issue with Noah standing right outside the shower as hubby is cleaning it. Neither of them are exposed to toxic chemicals or dangerous fumes. We clean our shower with a paste made from bi carb soda and water and we add essential oils - usually oregano and lemon.

I love that we use non toxic chemicals when we clean and I love that our house smells amazing when it's clean, not at all like chemicals. And I love that our son is obsessed with his daddy and wants to do everything daddy does!

First 3 weeks of daycare done - 1 bout of sickness (flu) done and dusted, multiple hours of crying (both mummy and Noah), lots of dummy-sucking (just Noah๐Ÿคฃ) and lots and lots of oils - but overall, everyone is getting used to it.

This parenting gig is hard.

As much as I am totally exhausted and a bit over breastfeeding (not to mention those who think Noah is too old to be breastfeeding still - I don't listen to them!), I just know that no one will love my b***s like Noah does! Yes, sadly, not even my husband ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

He is so cuddly and I know that he feels the safest snuggled into my cleavage ๐Ÿ˜
