Last week, we proudly hosted our first Mother’s Day Wellness Workshop in partnership with Aromatherapy Associates Australia. Guests were invited to experience a nourishing wellness journey designed to relax, restore and uplift the mind and body.
The thoughtfully curated program featured guided aromatherapy breathing with Tammu Hee, plus we welcomed special guest and Pilates facilitator Becky Chang from Wellness Pilates Studio Chatswood, who led a beautiful meditation and sound healing session, creating a truly restorative and memorable experience.
