* A booking fee is required when booking your service. This is refundable if more then 48 hours notice are given & transferable within 24 hours.
* If a cancellation is made within 24 hours your booking fee is voided.
* Please arrive at your scheduled time.
* Please arrive with a clean face (no make-up.)
* If another lash tech has previously done your eyelashes, please confirm if an infill can be booked. If not a removal will be charged from $15 extra and a full set will need to be done.
* Infills are 40% of your lashes. Anything less is considered as a full set, please be mindful of this so the right amount of time is dedicated to you for a beautiful full set.
* Appointment times cannot be extended if you are late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule to a new date with a new booking fee.
* After 15 minutes, you are considered a 'No Show' and your fee will be voided.
* After you book your service, you will be provided with a confirmation e-mail.
* A 48 grace period is given for any issues. Please contact within the 48 hours to solve this or the grace period
* No refunds will be given. Booking and paying your booking fee indicates you have read and agreed to the terms listed above. Out of respect and consideration for your specialist and other customers, please do your best to be on time! We look forward to our appointment. Tahlor xx
