A bit a bout me

My Names Callan, first and foremost I'm a family man

Who was privileged enough to serve this beautiful country for 15 years and spent most of that time as a Navy Physical Training Instructor.

I am now making it my new mission to help fellow dads change their lives through health and fitness.

I love all sport and competition.

I support Geelong Cats, Parra Eels and anything Australia is playing in.

Favourite food is all of it, but mostly a good steak or pasta 👌

As a busy father myself I know that we can't be in the gym for hours or spending every day prepping meals, this is why I have created The Dad Bod Destroyer Method

There is nothing better than getting dads message me telling me they have never had so much energy or that their kids are loving being able to run around with them now, which has resulted in them having a better relationship.

When he started he wanted to lose 10-12 kg he has already hit a 16kg drop in not even the first 3 months, so now we are going to focus more on building strength and increasing his calories with out gaining body fat but more about that below.

How did we do it

Firstly we assessed his current nutrition and implemented what I call my quick wins, looking for anything thats really hindering his weight loss that is going to get that scale shifting fast, this also helps with motivation and drive.

Secondly like most guys he is very busy being a dad and also an electrician that does a lot of call out work at odd hours so we put together simple but effective home based training program with some basic equipment that I call my my super sets system which literally helps you get a solid workout in the least amount of time possible so you can get back to daily life.

Thirdly as lightly touched on above he has now hit that goal weight so the focus is on building more strength, tweaking his program and also taking him though reverse dieting which is where we build you up to maintenance calories (where you aren't gaining or losing weight) and giving you more freedom with your food so that you don't regain the weight you lost like so many people do.
