Recently I was lucky enough to share a meditation practice at the for the museum’s supporters preceding a curatorial walk-through of the Lee Ufan exhibition.
I shared a potent ta***ic practice called Bhuta Shuddhi. I was introduced to this kriya by my yogiraj of . It’s a technique that uses visualizations of the five elements-earth, water, fire, air, and space, as well as mantra as a tool for purification in order to leave one in an ‘empty’ state as we unlock avidya, the fog of misperception hat distorts our understanding of reality and limits ur ability to connect with our true nature and the greater wisdom of the universe.
