What an incredible few days spent at the O&M Growth & Glow Retreat on the Gold Coast. 🤍

We had the privilege of listening to and learning from some truly inspiring voices in business and our industry. From the wisdom and leadership of Jose Bryce Smith , to hearing from incredible entrepreneurs like Megan Ziems, Corbin Halliday and Sarah Di Lorenzo, the conversations were honest, insightful and deeply motivating.

One of the sentiments that really stayed with us was the idea that “a rising tide lifts all boats.” It’s something Jose truly embodies. She has created a brand and community where lifting others up is just as important as building success for herself. It’s incredibly inspiring to see a woman who continues to elevate the industry while bringing others along with her.

We also loved listening to the hairdressing business owner panel, hearing real stories and perspectives from fellow salon owners about how they navigate leadership, growth and the ever-evolving world of hairdressing. There’s something so powerful about hearing how others in our industry approach business, creativity and the challenges we all share.

Spending time surrounded by passionate peers who are all walking their own paths in business was incredibly energising.

We’re so grateful to have experienced this weekend and to walk away feeling inspired, connected and excited for the future. ✨

We get to create beautiful hair, build friendships, cheer each other on and share the love with our gorgeous clients every single day. Honestly… it never really feels like work when you’re surrounded by the Frankee fam.
