Sleep in motherhood is not always simple.
I’ve spent the last week sleeping upright, holding a sick bub through the night.
These are the small shifts I’ve been experimenting with to optimise what little sleep I have been getting. For me, it's about quality over quantity in this season of motherhood.

Here the silence meant a lovely new pen design on a bedroom door and a quiet unravelling of my straw basket.
What has the silence meant in your house? 😇

Not all nutrients are delivered in the same form.
The source, structure and food matrix can influence how nutrients are absorbed and used by the body.
We choose wholefood ingredients because nourishment doesn’t have to come from isolated synthetics alone.
Every mother is different, and so are her needs. This is general information only, chat with your trusted healthcare professional about what’s right for you.
Still taking your prenatal after birth? It might be time for something made for motherhood after pregnancy.
Pregnancy asks one thing of your body.
Postpartum, breastfeeding and early motherhood ask something else entirely.
That’s why Revitalise Superblend was created. Organic wholefood nourishment made for mothers through postpartum, breastfeeding and beyond.
A simple daily ritual, made with nutrient-rich wholefood ingredients, for the season you’re actually in now.
Because your prenatal was made for pregnancy.

Eating seasonally is one of the simplest ways to support everyday nourishment.
When produce is in season, it’s grown and harvested at the right time, which often means it’s more abundant, more affordable, and naturally richer in flavour. In many cases, it also retains more of the nutrients it developed while growing.
This is what I'm seeing in-season at the moment. Choosing what’s already available is a small, steady way to care for yourself and your family through the seasons.

For the mothers who feel like they’re holding the emotional temperature of the whole home right now.
Save this for a full day. Share it with a mother who needs fewer things to do, and more permission to go gently.

Growing, birthing, breastfeeding and raising children can greatly increase a woman’s nutritional needs.
Often, synthetic supplements are the first place we turn when thinking about replenishing essential vitamins and minerals.
Nourishment should begin with food and lifestyle, before looking to supplementation.
Some of the key micronutrients often considered during to support mothers through postpartum and beyond include
1. Iron
2. Zinc
3. Vitamin B12
4. Vitamin D
5. Copper
6. Magnesium
7. Trace elements, including iodine, selenium, molybdenum and manganese
8. Other B vitamins
9. Vitamin C
10. Fat soluble vitamins, especially vitamins A, E and K2

Some nights feel so long. Some days feel endless. The washing, the waking, the wondering if you're doing it right.
But they reach for us, they settle on our chest, they know our voice before anyone else's. This is the part we'll carry 🤍

It is just wild that mums only get a six week check and are then sent on their way.
For the mother who was sent home at six weeks and quietly told she was fine...
Postpartum is a year. At least.
