Today, May 6th, marks 76 years since Pasquale stepped off a boat in Australia, leaving behind a small village called Conflenti, Calabria, Italy in search of a better life for himself and his family.
He found it. And then some.
93 years old. A simple man who never needed much. He knew what mattered - his family, his health, his faith, showing up every single day.
Two jobs. A family taken care of. A body he still looks after now, because he understood something early: to give to the people you love, you have to take care of yourself first.

The lessons that carry us through life rarely come from the loudest voices. They come from the quiet ones. The ones who just lived it.
We didn’t choose these values. They were shown to us.

How to style your hair like Patrick Bateman.
1. Obsess over the routine:
Preparation is everything with well groomed hair. Make sure you shampoo and condition your hair. This allows you to get the most out of your styling product without having any build up.
2. Establish Control:
Before blow drying your hair use a soft matte cream as a pre styler to achieve volume and structure.
3. Maintain Authority:
