Hi po, I’ve been reading all your comments, including the negative ones, and I want to sincerely say I’m sorry.

Hindi po ako nang-scam. Marami po kaming stocks, sobrang dami pa at alam po ito ng mga customers na nakapunta na sa bahay namin for walk-in purchases. Pero naiintindihan ko rin kung bakit marami ang nagalit at nawalan ng tiwala dahil sa delays.

I understand why many of you are upset, and I don’t dismiss your feelings.

At the same time, I hope you can understand mine too.

(Attached is just one page of the assessment.) Seeing this bill of $84,603.36 was one of the hardest moments I’ve ever experienced in business.

Aside from trying to keep the business running, I also had to focus on meeting all the compliance requirements requested by the regulatory authorities. It required countless hours of documentation, responding to requests, and making sure everything was fully compliant. Gusto ko pa din ilaban kahit nakakapagod na kasi madami pa din ang sumusuporta kaya pinipili ko ng gawin ang tamang declarations kahit umaabot ng ilang buwan bago ma clear ang products.

Every time I walked into our stock room, I was reminded of everything that had happened. It became a source of anxiety for me. Hindi po ako makatagal sa stock room. Kahit gusto kong mag-pack at magtrabaho, nanginginig ako. So my husband has to do it and I had to divert my attention to other things for a while because I was struggling mentally and emotionally. Hindi ako naging active sa page, hindi dahil wala akong pakialam, kundi dahil sa anxiety na dala ng buong sitwasyon.

To be honest, it feels like I’m starting all over again. Five years of hard work suddenly felt like they disappeared overnight. Building this business took years of sacrifice, and seeing it come to this has been heartbreaking.
