Saucie Bottles is a new way to sauce. A design that is reusable, dishwasher safe and simple to use, with a pressurised veesel, it is great for kids and low dexterity control.

B.Product is excited to see our collaboration with POWERFLEX, a new innovation in velocity training in fitness. Co-designed with Allen Conen, a serial fitness entrepreneur, it was showcased at the Australian Fitness Expo over the weekend (Oct 11-13). The heavy-duty batons, designed, developed, and manufactured by B.Product to deliver resistance training that gives you a completely new experience over battle ropes.

An awesome project working closely with Metakosmos, an Australian Space company off visiting NASA with AusIndustry.

We took took our initial visualisations and converted these designs into a scaled model, with the aim to create a "look and feel" of a figurine toy.

What is it.. It is a tie-down winch for flat bed trucks. Having an inbuilt gearbox, a double load capacity rating compared to regular tie-downs, the Tightwinder makes it faster to tie-down goods, easier for the operator, safer for the operator, and enables heavier load capacity. Did we mention that it won't rust!

Designing for casting is quite a different DFM process. Want to learn more about making one-offs or production volumes. Get in touch.

Undergoing prototype tooling in preparation for pre-production. We call this "Development Tooling" for a new fitness product.

We do this to test out and validate the part or combination of parts as an assembly, as you are limited with materials or may exhaust your prototyping options to get a result. So we "hard tool", but in a cost-effective way, to get a result.

What you see are parts made from engineering plastics that are super tough and super durable with high I impact. This will be included as part of a secondary process called compression moulding.
