Turns out the glow-up was just taking a little longer than expected…
From Lip Smackers, MSN, Impulse, Supre, Maybelline mascara, & questionable hair styles to SPF, skin barriers, boundaries, protein, good girlfriends & an absolutely unreasonable attachment to our 2000s playlists.

Same girl.
Better standards.
Much better skincare. 💅🏼

And honestly… I’m starting to think 40 might be the best bit yet. 🦋✨

OUR STANDARDS // are permanently recalibrated with Off Campus 🔥

Not because it gave us unrealistic expectations.
Because it reminded us of the things that should never have felt unrealistic in the first place.

✨ Men who listen.
✨ Friends who become family.

✨ Apologies that come with changed behaviour.
✨ Someone who remembers the little things.
✨ Someone who cheers louder for your dreams than their own.

…and yes, Dean’s rollercoaster.

Somewhere between the Hockey House, Garrett Graham’s emotional intelligence & Hannah & Allie’s friendship, this show quietly reminded thousands of us what healthy love, friendship and community can actually look like.

And maybe that’s why we can’t stop talking about it.
Because beneath all the butterflies…🦋
It made us believe they’re still possible.

Off Campus

PLOT TWIST // these deserve their own spot on the feed. I didn’t expect Off Campus to teach me anything about my actual life. 🎢🦋

I thought I was signing up for hockey boys, nostalgia, questionable grey tracksuit pants and a few butterflies.

Instead, somewhere between the Hockey House, the friendships, the love stories and the absolute chaos… it started reminding me of things I’d forgotten.

That life is still allowed to surprise you.

That the right people don’t make your world more chaotic — they make it steadier.

That friendships can be some of the greatest love stories of your life.

That being seen, remembered, supported and celebrated matters.

That you can outgrow old versions of yourself without losing the girl you used to be.

And maybe the biggest one…

We don’t miss being younger.
We miss feeling excited about what’s next.

Turns out the butterflies weren’t silly at all.
They were a reminder that we’re still capable of feeling them.
