I wanted to take the time to gently explain why our cancellation policy is so important.

As a small, appointment-based business, when you book with us, we reserve that time just for you. We turn away other clients and plan our working day around your appointment.

It’s really no different from booking a restaurant or hotel online - when you make a reservation, you’re committing to that time, and there are often cancellation terms attached.

When a last minute cancellation happens, we often can’t fill that appointment again. It directly affects our business and our success for the day.

It’s not about making extra money. It’s simply about respecting and committing to the time you have booked.

✨ 50% deposit at the time of booking
✨ Remaining 50% paid at the end of your appointment
✨ 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations
✨ Changes or cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee
✨ No shows incur a 100% fee

For those who aren’t comfortable entering their card details online, you are absolutely welcome to pay your 50% deposit via bank transfer instead. Just get in touch, and we can arrange this for you.

We completely understand that life happens, and we will always approach genuine situations with kindness and understanding.
