Day 7 and I’ve been dancing everyday and it has been an uplifting experience, not only do I feel fitter I also feel amazing to support this worthy cause.

I used to dance in my teens, twenties and early thirties - why did I stop? I love 💃🏻 dancing!!

A jam packed Chicks at the Flicks event this week for the premier of Beauty and the Beast. It was great to see beautiful ladies wanting to know more about their colours with many entering our competition to have a Personal Colour Analysis done.

What colour have you been attracted to?
I have been attracted to Teal.

We are drawn to colours that we need to create balance in our lives through the colours we wear, accessories, in our homes and even the food we eat.

When I wear teal it gives me a feeling that the day is going to be a good one and it keeps my inner self calm, exactly what I need when I am screaming out the door late for work. Teal is also an inventive colour so I might need to wear it a bit longer for that “Big IDEA” to come to fruition..... What colours have you been attracted to?
